This time-honored dish features a harmonious blend of split black gram, slow-cooked in a rich infusion of oil or ghee, aromatic spices, sweet raisins and milk, creating a symphony of flavors that tantalize the taste buds.

After Opening:
- Transfer the contents to a glass, stainless steel, or food-grade plastic container.
- Refrigerate and consume within 2 days for optimal taste and quality.
Heating Instructions:
- Boiling Water: Immerse the unopened can in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then open and serve hot.
- Microwave: Empty the contents into a microwave-safe container and heat for 3-5 minutes. Serve hot.
- Stovetop: Empty the contents into a pan and heat on an open flame for 3-5 minutes. Serve hot.
Important: Do not heat the can on a direct flame. This can be dangerous and pose health risks.
I am from bilaspur.. nd i ate so many dhams in bilaspur from my childhood. I know the taste of dhotua daal.... i didn't like your dhotua daal.. less cooked... no flavours...
Authentic dhotua daal in bilaspur is cooked in ghee... not in oil... i m out of stare right right now i thought i will enjoy my fav. Dhotua daal after a long time... but totly dispointed. Not good sorry...
