The Apple Cider Vinegar is made from pure and natural fresh cold-pressed apple juice in a modern hygienic plant in pollution free natural Himalayan atmosphere.
The mother of apple cider vinegar is made from fresh apple juice separately which takes almost a year to mature.
The ‘Mother of Vinegar’ is then added to the separate batches of freshly pressed apple juice wherein it goes through the process of making the vinegar. After another 8-9 months, the apple cider vinegar reaches the desired acidity level of 5%. Thereafter, it is further matured for 2-3 years.
