Vale’s Chamba’s Chukh as the name suggests is a Traditional Recipe of erstwhile Chamba State, now a district of Himachal Pradesh.
This Recipe was initially developedand commercialized in 1987 by Valley Agro Foods (Vale's).
This recipe is prepared from ginger & garlic blended with lemon juice, vegetable paste and cooked with spices to form a paste. It is prepared in mustard oil.
This Tangy Chukh is usually eaten as a condiment to go with meals, dip, rice or snacks and can also be used in cooking to give that extra punch to curries.
It can be consumed as a hot sauce, pickle, or a food additive and can be added to any salad
AS A DIP OR PICKLE with your favourite snacks and meals, parathas, pakoras, samosa, momos, noodles etc. As a sandwich spread to add a spicy hot kick. Or to add to hummus for spicy flavour.
