Vales Story

VALE’S is registered trademark owned by Valley Agro Foods Private Limited. VALE’S as a brand was originally established in 1987 by our founder & Director - Pankaj Chowfla, with a vision to promote the traditional recipes and rich culinary heritage of the Chamba Valley and Himachal Pradesh. From the very beginning, our products have been crafted using locally sourced fruits and vegetables, staying true to the authentic flavors of the region.
                                                                                                                           What began as a small-scale operation with limited manpower has today evolved into a modern, mechanized production facility equipped with automated and semi-automated technologies. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to uplifting the local community by generating employment opportunities—particularly in Chamba—where a significant portion of our workforce comprises women.
                                                                                                                      Through consistent research and development, we have expanded our product line extensively. Today, we proudly offer more than 65 products under our flagship brand VALE’S, including the famous chamba chukh, ready-to-eat food, pickles, jams, juices, chutneys, and ready-to-drink fruit beverages, juices, squash, honey, apple cider vinegar & more.
